Returns & Exchanges

At Twindis, we strive to ensure your electronics and parts are the perfect fit for your devices. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, resellable condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request a Return Authorization

  Log into your Twindis account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Securely Package Your Items

  Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return label or write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package before dropping it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
